Over the last few years, we have had a lot of fun with Timmy the turtle and our Don’t Turtle Your Network campaign. We started out with a simple slogan on a Tee Shirt (and all over our tradeshow booth and marketing materials):
Don’t Turtle Your Network. Run PathSolutions.
Then we changed it up just a bit. Those of you who got one of our Tee Shirts last year at an event or during one of our promotions noticed that we added a new slogan to the back:
We’re saving one network (and turtle) at a time!
This was a “tip of our hat” to the Sea Turtle Conservancy. Saving you from network woes is our business but we also like to think that we’re helping to save some turtles as well. As we’ve noted in this post, nearly all species of sea turtles are classified as endangered and they suffer from a number of manmade and environmental issues.
This is why we continue to support the Sea Turtle Conservancy, the world’s oldest sea turtle research and conservancy group. We want to see the sea turtles thrive in their natural habitat and if you would like to join us, go here to make a donation.
