RemoteInsight has been upgraded to provide a better workflow experience for remote user troubleshooting. This includes an installable, remotely controlled service that can collect troubleshooting information without user interaction. The solution also now includes remote machine inventory (OS Name, OS Version, Device manufacturer, Model, BIOS, Domain, Processor, RAM, Hotfixes) so you will know more about the environment which you are responsible.
