May 26, 2016

Avaya Users Group Summit-2016On June 5, are you heading to Avaya ENGAGE in Orlando where you will spend the week cherry-picking the VoIP strategies and technologies that you can bring home and implement into your network?

IAUG is a big conference, and there will be tons of exhibitors and presenters all vying for your attention. So we wanted to take this opportunity to let you know that PathSolutions will be on hand exhibiting the TotalView VoIP and network troubleshooting suite. Make sure to stop by booth 415 to learn about how TotalView’s holistic, root cause approach to troubleshooting can provide you with more visibility into your network than you ever dreamed was possible.

Our CEO and Co-founder, Tim Titus, will also be heading to IAUG and will be presenting during the following three lectures:

Root-Cause Troubleshooting Call Quality Problems (June 5, 4:15 to 5:15 PM EST)

There are many VoIP monitoring and troubleshooting solutions on the market and selecting the right ones can be overwhelming. In this session, Tim will discuss these various tools that are available, and will provide information for selecting the right ones. You will walk away with a deeper knowledge and understanding about how to apply these technologies to your network to solve specific call quality problems.

Troubleshooting Call Quality Across MPLS and SIP Trunks (June 7, 10:00 to 11:00 AM EST)

You’ll want to arrive early for this session, as we are expecting a big crowd. Why? It’s because just about every network suffers from a lack of visibility into their MPLS and SIP Trunks. In this technical presentation, you will learn why these problem areas lead to so many call quality issues, and how they can be improved.

Quick But Thorough Network Assessments (June 8, 3:00 to 4:00 PM EST)

Process is everything while performing network assessments. If you use the wrong process, you could wind up dramatically increasing the time it takes to solve the problem and also adding unnecessary risks. Tim will offer tips and tricks for conducting quick but impactful network assessments.

Make sure to ink these sessions into your calendars! We hope to see you at IAUG.
